Cancelling an order
No order cancellation is acccepted
If you’d like to exchange something you purchased for something else, you can place a replacement request by contacting our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org . . We will try our best to help you find a replacement.
Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except items on ‘final sale’ cannot be returned.
We check individual product personally so we assure no defective or damaged piece will be couriered to you.
All returns requests must be received within 10 days of delivery. You can place a return request on our website email us at email@example.com . with the details of item to be returned along with the reason of return. We will get back to you with details on how to send the items back to SilverLine

Returns with Promo Code
If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will not eligible for return or replacement.
Please email the following details from your registered email id to firstname.lastname@example.org . to initiate your refund:
- Order number #
- Your name as per bank record
- Your bank account number
- Bank name
- IFSC number
You have couriered the items to us, refunds will be initiated once we have received them at SilverLine.
